Returns & Replacements
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and send the item back.
All returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that do not meet these requirements.

Will I Have to Pay for a Return?
Unless an item is faulty, the cost of returning a product is the buyer’s responsibility.
For larger or heavier items, return prices may vary based on size and weight. We also offer fixed-rate return options through our courier partners to keep costs as low as possible.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate immediately.
Broken or Incorrect Item? Don’t Worry – We’ll Replace It.
We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Our team works hard to ensure your items are packaged safely and shipped correctly, but in rare cases, damages or errors can occur.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning anything.
We may ask for photos for inventory and quality purposes, but we aim to send a replacement as quickly and easily as possible.
If an item becomes faulty through normal use and not due to misuse, we will replace it free of charge.
