Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed for safe and worry-free shopping.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help—but once your order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I change my delivery address?

Please email us immediately if you entered the wrong address.
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

I’d like to order in bulk. Can I get a discount?

Yes! We are happy to help with bulk or trade enquiries. Email us with the details and we’ll provide a tailored quote.


Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Mainland UK with free next-day delivery, and also ship internationally.

How long will delivery take?

Mainland UK orders placed:

  • Before 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri): Dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

  • Before 12:00 PM on Saturday: Dispatched the same day.

  • Sunday: Closed—orders ship Monday.

How much is delivery?

  • Mainland UK: Free next-day delivery

  • International: Shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout)

  • Bulk items: May include an additional surcharge

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
If you don’t receive it, please check your junk or spam folder—or contact us and we can resend it.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

How do I return an item?

Just contact us by email and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

I’ve received a faulty or damaged item—what now?

We're really sorry this happened. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

I ordered through Amazon, eBay or another marketplace. How do I return it?

Returns for marketplace orders must be processed directly through that platform.
Please log into your account and follow their return instructions.

Part of my order is missing. What should I do?

Some items may be shipped separately.
Please check your tracking email for multiple parcels. If something still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 3–5 working days.
It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to show it on your statement.


Products & Stock

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Many items are restocked regularly.
You can sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page or email us for updates.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment, but many of our products come in boxes that are suitable for gifting.

Why are your prices lower than on Amazon or eBay?

When you buy directly from us, you’re purchasing straight from the source—no marketplace fees, exclusive offers, and better value.
